About me
I have been an educator for 38 years. As a Speech Language Pathologist, I have served in a
variety of capacities, including public schools, private therapy as well as Early Childhood
Intervention (ECI). As a school leader, I worked as a Site Facilitator, and Administrator in early
childhood centers as well as at the elementary level. Currently, I enjoy working at Region 9 ESC
as a Support Specialist. My work includes grant manager for teacher-student interactions based
on the CLASS Framework, as well as supporting public-private partnerships. I have served as a church sign language interpreter for 28 years.
My passion has been for early childhood as well as special education. Working with teachers to
improve interactions using CLASS has been exciting and impactful!
